Rental & Payment Policies
Rentals are quoted on a 24-hour basis. Anything kept for longer then 24 hours will be charged for the additional day(s) rental(s).
When items are subrented, additional transport fees will be added.

We require a 30% deposit at time of booking. We also require a credit card number and a faxed authorization form prior to booking. This is fully refundable up until 90 days prior to the event, minus a $35 booking fee. Within 90 days, this deposit becomes non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of the event, the full amount of the rental (minus delivery fees) will be charged.
Tent rentals are dependent on weather. Tents cannot be used during periods of strong wind. Clients will not be charged for last minute cancellations due to storm weather, as determined by Smashing Glasses.
All products will be assessed by Smashing Glasses Event Rentals after the event, and any broken, damaged or missing products will be paid for by the client. A credit card number and waiver form will be kept on file for this purpose.
After the event, all dishes and glassware should be packed in their containers; tables and chairs should be stacked, and ready for pickup. Linens should be dry and folded in their totes. Items not meeting these conditions may be subject to an additional takedown charge.
All cheques should be made payable to Smashing Glasses and received within 30 days, or an interest rate will be charged.
