Oyster Fest 2010

Another successful Oyster Festival went down this November! This is when the town of Tofino rises from the rain and comes together to honor, celebrate, share, get creative and eat delicious oysters! This year Porfessional Food Lover, Bobby Lax, coordinated a fantastic event with live music, a very heated shucking contest, costumes, wonderful restauarant creations, fabulous local wine and beer and an overall incredible event! Smashing Glasses provided the tents to create a great outdoor section for the venue, no matter how hard the rain pours, it's cozy inside the heated tent walls. Both nights were sold out, so make sure to mark your calendars for next year- this is one event you don't want to miss! (Always the 3rd weekend in November)
